Ciara sampled a Zuhair Murad’s Fall 2018 Couture ensemble, features a sequin and crystal encrusted, military-inspired jacket, styled with a high-necked, draped gown and PVC gold heels.

Recording artist Ciara was the guest performer at the Inaugural Ball of Arabia, hosted by Vogue Arabia magazine and Jessica Kahawaty on December 7, in Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
