Cardi B sampled a vintage Mugler Fall 1995 Haute Couture gown, which featured a blush embellished bodysuit, with contrast pink and satin velvet scallop shell interior, complete with a fishtail sheath, accessorized with pearls.The dress was designed as an homage to The Birth of Venus, the 1480s painting by Botticelli, which depicts the goddess Venus rising from the sea on a scallop shell.
